Our fitting is done by fashion designer and San Francisco Academy of Art Alumni in Fashion design, Shohre Rahmani. She oversees this department and makes sure that you walk up with styles and your wardrobe accentuates your figure. Our alteration team is working full time, six days a week to accommodate our clients. We welcome our walk-ins during our working hours; in addition. For fitting appointment click below.

Within 24 Hours of Receipt
Thrive for your satisfaction and will do everything in our power to provide you with superb service. We use a barcoding service that avoids 99.9% of lost clothing and allows us to track your items. In a rare occasion that an item is misplaced, please contact us immediately. We will track the item down for you.
We at AlterCleaners stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If you are not completely pleased with the results of your cleaned garment, we will re-clean it on a complimentary basis. We do ask that your garment is returned to us, in unworn condition within 24 hours of receipt of the garment. Regrettably, due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be given for damages that are not subject to our fault. This policy is for all garments that we have cleaned, altered and repaired.
For garments that may have been damaged in the cleaning process; we must be notified within 24 hours from the time of pickup or delivery. We will request that you file a claim. The claims process can not be started using digital images. The factory will require the garment to be returned back to them for further investigation. The process will take somewhere from 3-8 weeks. We will follow a depreciation chart set by International Fabric Care Institute.
While we use highly skilled individuals in our industry, unfortunately we cannot guarantee stain removal. Our staff will make recommendations about the possibility of stain removal; but stain removal for certain stain/fabric/dye combinations is impossible to predict until the stains are treated and garment cleaned. AlterCleaners cannot offer price reductions or refunds for stains not removed during the cleaning process. We will re-clean your garment on a complimentary basis (as above) provided it is returned to us in unworn condition within 60 days of service.
For garments altered, repaired or tailored by AlterCleaners, we will correct any issues of fit on a complimentary basis provided that the garment is returned to us within 60 days from the date of drop off. Fit issues that will be addressed on a complimentary basis must be part of the original alteration. Repairs will be addressed at no additional charge, provided that the issue is within the scope of the original repair. Repairs or alterations not part of the original description that need to be addressed will be charged for.
