Privacy policy
Your privacy matters. This notice explains what happens when you visit our website, contact the shop, or ask the garment-care helper a question.
Last updated: 22/10/2026
Information you choose to share
If you email or call AlterCleaners, the shop receives the contact details and information you provide to respond to your question or arrange a service. Pickup links open your email app; they do not submit a booking through this website.
Garment-care questions and AI
The garment-care helper sends your question and the conversation so far to our server and Lovable AI Gateway, which processes them using an AI model. Questions may include personal information if you choose to enter it. Please do not include payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information. AI providers and hosting services may process request information under their own policies; saving history in your browser does not mean the conversation stays entirely on your device.
History saved in your browser
The helper saves one conversation in this browser using local storage, including partial replies. The website does not save your chat history in an AlterCleaners customer database. Use Clear conversation in the helper to remove the saved conversation from this browser, or clear this site's browser storage. Clearing browser history does not erase information already processed by service providers.
Hosting, fonts, and images
Our hosting and AI services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request and network information. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and images load from our asset host. Your browser connects to these services to display the page.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and which pages visitors view. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device, and usage information under Google's policies. We do not send garment-care conversations, email contents, or booking details to Google Analytics. You can block analytics through your browser settings or Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
